Meet Our Founder

Hi, I'm Michelle, founder of Rooted Microschool. I am a wife, mother of two, certified teacher, and follower of Christ with a passion for helping children grow academically, spiritually, and emotionally. I hold a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Reading and spent five years teaching kindergarten, where I developed a deep love for fostering curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in young children. When I'm not teaching, you'll find me spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, serving in children's ministry at my church, or designing floral arrangements as a wedding florist. Whether in the classroom, at church, or in my creative work, my heart is to nurture growth, build meaningful relationships, and help others flourish in the gifts God has given them.
